Facivida Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Ecoche E.A.S. Unipersonal, RUC 80139651-4, Av. Bernardino Caballero c/ Carlos A. López, Centro, Caaguazú, Paraguay, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at contacto@facivida.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a hash, never as readable text.

Business data: what you enter yourself — products, sales, expenses, customer debts, categories and settings.

Technical data: what is needed to run the service and keep it secure, such as IP address, browser and device type, error logs and the time of requests.

3. Why we use it

Only to provide the service: keep your account, show your data back to you, sync it between your devices, calculate what the app calculates (totals, taxes, reports), prevent abuse and answer your support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Legal bases

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of the agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and your consent where we ask for it.

5. Cookies and local storage

The website facivida.com does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

The application uses your browser local storage to keep you signed in and to keep the app state between visits. It is not a tracking cookie, and you can remove it by clearing your browser data at any time.

When you pay by card, Paddle (our payment processor) may set its own cookies during checkout. We do not see their content.

6. Who can see your business data

Only you, and the people you invite to your business. Data is stored in a database with access rules per business: one business cannot read another business data.

7. Who processes data for us

We use Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery) and Paddle (payments). They process data on our instructions. Some of them may process data outside your country; where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.

8. How long we keep it

While your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your business data. We may keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

9. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and you can object to certain processing. Write to contacto@facivida.com from the account email. We answer within a reasonable time and at most within 30 days.

10. Security

Data travels encrypted, access is limited to what each person needs, and every business is separated by access rules in the database. No system is perfect, but we fix issues as soon as we learn about them.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we publish the new version with its date on this page. Material changes are announced in the app before they apply.
