Facivida Terms of Service

1. Parties

Provider: Ecoche E.A.S. Unipersonal, RUC 80139651-4, Av. Bernardino Caballero c/ Carlos A. López, Centro, Caaguazú, Paraguay ("we", "us"). Customer: the person who opens the business account ("you"). This agreement applies to businesses based in South America.

2. The service

Facivida is a subscription service (SaaS) for sales, stock, expenses, cash and reporting. It runs in the browser and as an installable app. Some features depend on the plan you choose.

3. Trial

The first 14 days after registration are free and require no card details. You may stop using the service at any time during the trial. If you do not choose a plan, the account moves to Basic when the trial ends.

4. Plans and billing

The paid plans are Basic (USD 6 per month or USD 60 per year), Pro (USD 12 per month or USD 120 per year) and Business (USD 25 per month or USD 250 per year). A subscription is billed in advance for the period you choose and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Current prices are shown in the app and on facivida.com.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for our orders. Paddle handles the charge, the invoice and related customer service. If a payment fails, we may retry it and, if it remains unpaid, switch the service off as described in section 6.

6. Switching off

Switching off means you cannot write new data. The account, products, sales and history are kept and come back as soon as the amount due is paid. We never delete data because of non-payment.

7. Prices

The current price list is in the app and on facivida.com. We announce price changes 30 days in advance and they apply from the next billing period.

8. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time in the app or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion ends this agreement and permanently removes the data, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice and refund the unused period.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

10. Personal data

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for the data of your own customers; we process it only to run the service.

11. Liability and law

We provide the service with due care, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months. This agreement is governed by the law of Paraguay.
